Meet the Founders

Meg Hetherington and Sue Maes are co-founders of the Conscious Leadership School of Thought, a premium Institute devoted to training conscious thought leaders, coaches, and body–mind–soul practitioners. With decades of experience in consciousness coaching, embodied leadership, and human potential development, they are known for raising the standard of integrity, embodiment, and professional mastery in the coaching and healing industries.

Founder's Message

The Conscious Leadership School of Thought was founded by Meg Hetherington and Sue Maes as a response to a clear and growing need: a higher standard for how consciousness, leadership, and human potential are taught, embodied, and lived.

After decades of experience in coaching, healing, leadership, and applied consciousness work, we recognized that many practitioners were being trained in techniques without embodiment, credentials without integrity, and knowledge without integration. We saw brilliant healers and coaches searching for structure, lineage, and community—while longing for a place where personal healing, professional mastery, and spiritual maturity could coexist.

This Institute and School of Thought was created to fill that gap.

Together, we bring complementary strengths, lived wisdom, and a shared devotion to truth, embodiment, and ethical leadership. Our work is grounded in the understanding that leadership begins within—and that the most powerful teachers are those who live what they teach.

The Conscious Leadership School of Thought exists to train thought leaders who are not only skilled, but self-aware; not only knowledgeable, but embodied; and not only successful, but aligned.
